In-Person Events

We endeavor to provide you with the gift of face to face fellowship, deep-soul encouragement, and a solid day+ of joy every November. These things are evidences of Gospel-living. They are cornerstones of Paideia Northwest’s vision, and are paramount in our making of plans. We will do our utmost to maintain this while navigating civil restrictions and limitations with wisdom. We seek to bless you with fellowship, camaraderie, connection, and encouragement while minimizing various risks to the best of our ability. Please make wise decisions for yourself, and trust that we are seeking wisdom as well.

Refund Policy

We understand that situations arise in which you might need to change your plans and miss our amazing event. We do not offer refunds. You CAN request to transfer your registration to another person prior to November 1st, 2023. Contact us at [email protected] to provide the name & email address of the replacing attendee on or before October 31st.
PLEASE NOTE: If you request a registration transfer, you will not receive the link to download the audio & video files from the event.
We suggest that you consider the option of simply having those digital files as your conference engagement so that you are still able to glean the encouragement from our wonderful panel of speakers, even if you can not attend live. If you register on or before August 31st, it is only $48 as an Early Bird – which is a good price even for a digital event. September 1st through September 30th will be Regular Registration while supplies last – $62, but after that we can not guarantee there will be any spots or availability. It takes a LOT to put on an event like this, and closing registration a month before the event helps ensure that we can plan well and provide a quality experience that keeps to a specific budget & vision.

If Paideia Northwest, LLC ever needs to make a switch from an event being an in-person, live event to being a digital, live event, we will contact every registrant with all necessary information. We will do everything we can to maintain the excellence, quality, and encouragement of previous years’ conferences, regardless of any hiccups we encounter along the way. God always provides.
