Covid-19 precautions

While we continue to navigate the ever-ebbing tides of Covid-19 life, we seek the face of the Lord for wisdom and confidence. We plan and progress and pursue with hope. As we are made aware of changes to civil authorities’ advice and mandates, we reserve the right to update our planned precautions. We do endeavor to provide you with the gift of face to face fellowship, deep-soul encouragement, and a solid day of joy. These things are evidences of Gospel-living. They are cornerstones of Paideia Northwest’s vision, and are paramount in our making of plans. We will do our utmost.

That said, we will be limiting registration in order to allow for recommended social distancing. We will provide the recommended sanitizer and disposable masks (please feel free to bring your own). We will alter our usual food to be individually packaged options, and the luncheon will be more open-house style than formal dining this year. We will clean and sanitize according to building policy. We will adhere to HIPAA privacy policies. Please do stay home if you are ill, or if you ought to be under quarantine for family illness (you will, of course, receive the audio recordings after the event). We seek to pour out grace upon every attendee, and ask for your grace in return as we seek discernment & common sense under Idaho Phase 4. Please note that this is officially a Private Event (thus, the need for registration prior to November 1st, 2020), and is therefore not open to the public.

We seek to bless you with fellowship, camaraderie, connection, and encouragement while minimizing risks of illness to the best of our ability.
We are as delighted as ever to serve you.

Refund Policy 2020

We understand that situations arise in which you might need to change your plans and miss our amazing event. Should this happen, we are able to offer a refund prior to November 1st, 2020. At that time, and any time after, we will no longer be able to issue a refund. Should you be unable to attend the event after the refund period has closed, you may transfer your registration to another person. Contact us at paideianorthwest@gmail.com to provide the name of the replacing attendee.
If you request a refund, you will not receive the link to download the audio files from the event.
We suggest that you consider the option of simply having the audio files as your conference engagement so that you are still able to glean the encouragement from our wonderful panel of speakers, even if you can not attend live. If you register on or before September 30th, it is only $35 as an Early Bird – which is a good price for a digital event.

If Paideia Northwest, LLC needs to make a switch from Disciplined being an in-person, live event to being a digital, live event, we will contact every registrant with all necessary information. We will do everything we can to maintain the excellence, quality, and encouragement of previous years’ conferences, regardless of any hiccups we encounter along the way. God always provides.
