Vendor 2025 Application
We seek to carefully curate the represented companies and products in our vendor hall to best fit our attending audience and conference theme. For 2025, please fill out this form by September 15th to apply and await approval by Paideia Northwest LLC. After submitting this application form, we will review and contact you via email to make further arrangements & keep in touch with you regarding space allowance (and waitlist as necessary). Due to space constraints, we now have a maximum allowance of two tables per vendor. An invoice will be sent to you for payment upon receipt; your space is officially reserved only once the invoice has been paid.
If you pay for your Vendor Hall booth prior to September 1st, 2025, you will receive a $100 discount to express our gratitude for being an Early Bird vendor.

PLEASE NOTE: as of August 10, only ONE more coffee break sponsorship remains available!!
All Vendor Hall booths ($400 base fee) include:
- One six-foot table
- Two chairs
- One small garbage can
- Two registrations for conference (including luncheon)
